NS Innovations Pty Ltd (NSI) is a joint venture between Scott and the Northern Co-operative Meat Company, a leading Australian beef processor. NSI was formed in 2009 to identify opportunities for innovation within the beef processing sector and to jointly develop solutions that can be commercialised across Australia and New Zealand. NSI works closely with industry partners such as Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and Australian Meat Processing Corporation (AMPC) to deliver cutting edge solutions to the beef processing industry.
